Weep, Cry, Hide, and Build

There are seasons in life when nothing seems to move in your favor. Plans fall apart. People disappoint you. The world itself looks full of dysfunction. And in those moments, you do the most human thing of all, you weep, and you cry.

You weep because you feel deeply.
You cry because something inside you knows life can be better than this. Tears are not weakness; they are release. They wash away the pressure of pretending you’re okay when you’re not.

Then comes the hiding. You pull back. You withdraw from noise, from crowds, sometimes even from friends and family.

You go quiet. Not because you don’t care, but because your spirit is searching for air. This is the hidden reason. The misunderstood reason. The one people often judge, not realizing it is sacred ground.

Because in the stillness of hiding, something begins to speak. Your thoughts start to rise soft at first, then clearer. You begin to see what needs to change. What needs to heal. What needs to be rebuilt.

And that is when the building begins. You start building strength where you once felt broken. You start building healthier relationships, including the one with yourself. You start building your financial stability, your peace, your direction. You start building boundaries, Vision, Purpose.

The tears were not the end.
The hiding was not failure.

They were preparation.

So if you are weeping… let it flow.
If you are crying… let it cleanse.
If you are hiding… let it restore.

Because soon, quietly and steadily,
you will begin to build.

And what you build after surviving yourself will be stronger than anything you lost.
