 I’m Susan, and I truly believe in inspiring, motivating and connecting with people to elevate them through their own mind, body, and soul. With all the possibilities out in the world today, it’s awesome to find and do something that you love and know it works , it’s endless. 

RagDollsPlus.com was my first creation, creating Ragdolls on T-shirt putting smiles on the face of people was so healing to me. I became engrossed in all natural products such as juicing Turmeric. I was especially focused on the health of my body and soul’s wellness. 

While on this journey of all things good, I touched and felt the warm energy of crystals and healing Stones. This is where the soul of BraceThySelf.com started. These are all positive thoughts and positive things that a person need in their life. Juicing turmeric for my immediate family and for others has done wonders for their healing. The recovery aspects in their testimonies are there. 

I believe that using natural products and remedies allows our body to heal itself. This should be our first priority. The second priority is sharing your knowledge because that may help others in their healing.
